In her role, Florence is responsible for the wellbeing of TBC’s workforce, employee engagement and attracting new talent. Responsibilities include building HR programs that support the strategic initiatives of the agency. This includes HR program development, coaching, mentoring and supporting team members to identify their individual strengths and development needs, while championing an open, embracing culture that is representative of TBC’s Guiding Principles.
Career and education
- 20+ years of Human Resources experience in biotech, healthcare and consumer products
- Prior experience at Translate Bio, ARIAD pharmaceuticals, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Reebok
- Business degree from Boston College with an active SHRM-SCP certification
